The 3-week detox is going well so far. I've cut out completely:

Dairy / Milk / Eggs
Meat
Artificial Sweeteners
Coffee
Processed Foods (with the exception of things like whole-grain crackers and pasta)
Alcohol (I had 2 margaritas on Friday night for my sister's birthday - but no more!)

I feel pretty good and it hasn't been all that hard. Dairy has been the hardest to give up - I love my cheese. I can't bring myself to buy fake cheese or fake meats - I'd rather just not have them. Plus I'm allergic to soy. Bad deal.

I've also been drinking green smoothies every day for breakfast, and adding a fruit smoothie in the afternoon if I need a snack.

Counting down to the 21st so I can have my morning cup of espresso again!
