Im still so bummed out today. I can't believe that I seriously gained 3 pounds this weekend. Bascially in one day. I have an appointment with my doctor next wednesday for a blood test. I still think and believe that my hormone levels are completely off.

Just remember and try and think positive. Hopefully, the doctor can help figure out what is wrong and try and fix it. I know that when your health is out of wack, dieting and exercising just don't work well. Good luck, and keep at it!

Realistically you would have to eat 10500 calories to gain 3lbs... so I'm sure that gain is not as bad as it sounds. There are many factors that can cause temporary gains... too much salt, dehydration, huge difference between calories eaten and calories burned, pre-menstrual bloat... to name but some! Remember weight fluctuates daily... so don't let one day get you down. Just keep hanging in there and I'm sure those scales will go back down again shortly. ;o)
