today i was a whole lot hungrier than i have been maybe because i didn't eat anything after 3:30 i just was not hungry then. i still followed the plan exactly as i should have. tomorrow is the first of the 3 planned cheat days. i am go to try and plan what and when i eat,sometimes that can be a real help i'll let you know how it goes
