I started writing down WW points on Friday to get me off my plateau and see if it will jump start my loss this week. I am feeling confident that it will! I posted a picture I took this weekend. I had a full body shot but hate to say, felt that it looked too fat to post! So I'll go with this. Not that we have to be perfect and we're all on the journey together. My husband kept looking up toward me with the camera and I think that can make for a bad angle!

I need to be refreshed as to what my daily points should be, so if anyone knows the current formula, please let me know. I was at 22 last summer for points. I've been trying to stay in 23 so far, which I did not do but also didn't do bad for Mother's Day weekend. I am not giving myself additional points for exercise.

I'm wrapping my mind around this more now and am not so opposed to it. It seems the minute I decide to do WW, I am suddenly starving! I am sure much of that is mental as I just don't like to count the points. But it is feeling better and I am seeing it for what it is- a catalyst to help me lose weight and get down on the scale. When I get to where I want to be, then I can go back to maintaining. I am pretty confident I will see 145 this week. I want to be 143 by the end of May. I will stick to it this week and will be headed to the gym today for a good workout. Hope you all have a good day.

I'm not ready to post my body shots yet, either, so you are not alone there! Good job revisiting your points just to be sure you are "in the zone". I'll send you the quiz so you can recheck your target. And don't forget about the 35 Flex points!!!

I Love your new pic!! You are beautiful!! When you find the WW formula, let me know! I'd like to know too!! I think making the monthly goal is an excellent idea. Hugs!

Hello. I have the new formula for finding out daily WW Points. It's a calculation now male - 8 pts female - 2 pts age: 17-26 - 4 pts 27-37 - 3 pts 38-47 - 2 pts 48-58 - 1 pt over 58 - 0 pts use the first 2 digits of your weight - for example - if you weigh 175 then use 17 pts if you spend most of your day: sitting down - 0 pts occasionaly sitting but mostly standing - 1 pt walking most of the time - 2 pts doing physical work most of the time - 3 pts add all your number up and you get your daily points allowance! :) you also get an additional 35 points to use through out the week however you want - you can use them all at once or spread them out over the week :) I hope this helps.

Albright777 - thanks for the WW points formula. I was on WW and stopped going after I became a lifer. I thought after becoming a lifer I didn't have to pay for their sight anymore...but you do. if you want information like this. Thank you. Good luck with your goals.
