After 7 days fasting and 7 days pure raw vegan, I ate a regular cooked dinner of grilled fish and salad. Body's reaction was to jump up one plus pounds.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
