Yesterday, 124 protein, 105 fat, 20 carbs, hemp oil and mct in the morning, collagen, strawberries, yogurt twice, five water bottles, 1 3/4 teaspoons of salt
156.6 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 8.4 lb a week
