o.k went to the brunch i didn't eat anything i was not supposed to however i did eat alot of what i was allowed. anyway i think my calorie count may be a little higher but i still followed the plan

Good job, I don't think I could have been so good. I did mix up my food today, instead of turkey and hard boiled eggs with my salad I had Mahi Mahi. I haven't bought any halibut,or flounder. I didn't choose orange roughy and I have some of that here. I plan on sub. the fish. No salmon, I know that is a lot higher in fat. I feel tired from last night but not hungry- didn't have sausage turkey, hard boiled eggs from the list that I could have eaten. I didn't exercise today- was cold and pouring.
