haven't recorded an entry for several days since i had a horrific cheat day. i gained from one day of cheating .yesterday i did really well. today my family is going to one of the best restarants in the pittsburgh area for a brunch, this ought to be a real test of will. in addition to that, my 24yr old health conscious,never had an ounce of extra weight, mr. excercises daily, mr 4th year medical student, mr "mom i'll work out a diet and exercise plan" will be having brunch with us. it will be hard because i can only have 3 items at this meal and i don't think he will be impressed with them. the good thing is, if i say please just back me up on this one he will keep his thoughts to himself. hope everyone out there has a blessed mother's day, after all its one of the most important of all holidays.
