I feel pretty good this morning. I slept well but I did have a nightmare which awoke me at 5:10am-about someone at work whom I no longer have respect for due to her recent activities. Strange though that I was dreaming of her.
So this morning I made french toast from my Double Fiber bread. It wasn't bad. I didn't use alot of syrup either. :)
The true test will be to see if my children will eat it...
They only like WHITE bread... and they think my bread is gross...
So here's to a great day of eating healthy and BURNING SOME CALORIES!!!
