went running today. Went well. Shins hurt some.. not as bad, though. I took it easy, ran slower and only went two miles. Wow, I just looked up and saw my last weigh in was 24 days ago:-/ I have to get to that...! lol... Hope I've lost! When I was running, and taking it easy:-) I wasn't pushing myself at all, just trotting along and I was so impressed, it was easy, EASY to breath and keep going. I have to push myself before I have to work myself. Before, trotting along was tough work. If I haven't lost a lot of weight, I am proud of myself for that!!!

I know exactly how you feel! I used to push myself really hard, my legs hurt, and I got tired quickly. But when I went running with my sis last october, she told me I was going too fast! So I slowed down and found that I could breath easier, run longer, and walk less!! I was amazed! Good job!

I think it's good to alternate intense workout days and lighter workout days. That way you still get the benefits of increased cardio strength and you don't get too burnt out.

that is a major improvement, even if the weightloss is not happening. Making yourself healthy should be your #1 priority.
