I really eat what I want, but a keto/low carb diet is what I like and makes me feel my best. I took two bites of the cereal and got rid of the rest, it was too sweet for me.

Monday and Tuesday I had pizza and tacos, suffered bloating, gas and diarrhea. Yesterday and today I ate keto/low carb and low calories. Averaging 1200 calories/ day for the week. :) best of both.
