I'm aiming to adjust my intake for July down to 2000 calories a day. I think I'll hit that running average after today's intake. That should help me make the last push down to 200 by the end of the month.

I might adjust my goal down to 190 after that. I've definitely got another 10 lbs that could be lost. We'll see.

I ate some larger meals over the last week, so it wasn't as easy to eat frequent small portions. Life after the holiday will slow down a bit, so I should be able to get back into the small meal routine.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
