@CelticPhoenix Everyone reacts to sweeteners differently. I personally like Xylitol (careful if you have dogs) or Allulose. Allulose doesn't raise my blood sugar at all and though less sweet than cane sugar has a very clean taste to my taste buds. I cannot tolerate Stevia or any Erythritol blend personally.

@Bandrai That was a main dish for 2. And actually it was like 3 to 4 servings. I usually make dinner for 4 servings only for my hubby and me, since he eats a lot lol!
