Don't know what has happened this last week.. I've been doing everything right, but just didn't see it on the scales..
155.4 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It can be demotivating.. But a couple of days later I've seen a little movement so hopefully that will keep me going!
