I am really sad as I guess I expected to lose more than 1.2lbs this week but my leader warned me last week that the scale would go down a pound or two a week :(

I am not going to let this weeks numbers stop me..

I did get my Gazelle SprintMaster today and my honey is putting it together now :)

So here's to start of a FRESH WEEK>>CLEAN SLATE :)

240.8 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow! You are doing awesome! You need to change your expectations. The slow steady weight loss is a great thing. People who lose really fast can end up having saggier skin. The slow loss will allow more time for your skin to gain some elasticity. I am lucky to lose half a pound a week. So jump up and down and scream "I lost 1.2 pounds, whoo hooo." You are doing great!!!
