OWIE I am so sore today, my legs are just so achy. I think I overdid it yesterday. I did 20 minutes kickboxing, 30 minutes abs, a three mile workout dvd, plus(and here's what got me) I walked 10 miles! although not all in one go. But man my legs feel like they will fall off today. I have been doing lots of stretches to try in work out some of the tension. I walked 2 miles this morning, but dang I just feel wore out. I was thinking about having a slightly higher calorie day today but I'm afraid to if I don't get enough exercise. I am young, maybe I should just force myself and push through my workouts. I am thinking maybe lighter workouts today tho..like Pilates and weight training. Well weights is not so light, but at least it's not cardio.
I am thinking one pound a week is good at this point so I am not going to worry if I stay the same for a few days in between drops.
It's such a nice day..I wish I had more energy. :(
i am thinking about taking Kaelyn to the park. That should be fun..hopefully we won't encounter any more snakes reclining on swingsets! Chat later ya'll!

Hey Lotus!! did I miss seeing you make your goal!! wow, congrats girl! You are totally rockin' it! Im soooo happy for you. You certainly did work hard for it. yeah, they had lots of snakes were I lived before coming to Idaho too. Like those in Texas, rattle snacks and sidewinders. We always had to look before stepping outside the door because they like to curl up and sun themselves on front doorsteps (cement ones). We also fished two small baby snakes out of the swimming pool, along with quite a few scorpions. Amazing how you just sort of get use to knowing they are around.
