Jan. 3, 2013 I am so utterly grateful for so much coming into this new year! I've maintained my weight and still fit into all my clothes! I did gain a bit over Christmas break but I feel that is mostly intestinal baggage! But I am back to it! I've been messing around with different workouts! I currently am doing a BodyBuilding.com workout. I like weights! And I really got tired of the P90x workout...it took so long! So I stopped doing it! But now I just signed up for Baron Baptiste's Digital 40 day program. I'm so excited to be taking part of that!! I will either just stick to the program or continue doing my weights as well! Not sure!
So my goals for 2013: 1) To get into the most phenomenal shape I've ever been in. And this means I'm going to try and get down to 143-145.
2) I am going to do yoga often and meditate as well. It will be apart of my life
3) To become more balanced in my physical body as well as my mind! ;) These are just few of my plans!
