The problem with the Atkins Diet is that if you don't follow it closely you could actually gain weight instead of lose weight. Some people don't assimilate fats very well and some don't assimilate carbs very well. It's a struggle being on the proverbial see-saw, however, I've got to find a diet that works with my metabolism. I'm now trying Raspberry Ketones and since I'm post-menopausal, I might even try bioidentical hormones. That will be my "desperate" attempt to control my weight. This from a woman who use to struggle to keep weight on! Go figure!!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
