OH MY GOD! A 1.2 pound increase?! 😭 Especially frustrating since yesterday's calories were good, exercise and movement were high, and I practiced mindful eating which stopped me from eating a whole portion (only ate 1/3).
Of course my body is hurting today and that could be inflammation as well as some water weight. I've had this happen before where I go up a pound+ only to drop it the next day.
BREATHE, Breathe, breathe. Find a non-scale win and continue the program.
*Sometimes I hate the scale 😉

Have you thought about, perhaps, not looking at the scale every day? This journey, especially for those of us who are larger, is a pretty long trip. If you get worked up looking at the scale every day, stop looking at it every day... ya know? You got this. Just hang in there. Definitely Breathe!
