I start each day making a pot of coffee in my Mr. Coffee 12 cup maker. (Tip: I sprinkle some cinnamon over the grounds.) I use a dollop of half & half in each mug (maybe 4 mugs per day). I'm not sure of the measurement. Anyways, I've been forgetting to log these in my food diary. I will from now on. :)
