Despite the following:

* late-night snacking (I rarely eat a formal dinner);
* a slightly bigger belly;
* my period coming up soon,

I lost 0.6 lb! Not a lot, but I'll take it!

I also woke up a bit later this morning. I try to weigh myself on Saturday mornings around the same time. Obviously if I forgot and weighed myself in the afternoon it would make much more of a difference.

My problem is that I tend to get hungry in the evening. I eat breakfast and lunch, sometimes I can snack between these meals, but most of the time I don't -- it only delays my lunch then. On the Internet most low-carb people say that they are able to curb their appetite, sometimes to the point of fasting. Not me! And I eat plenty of fat.

All I can do is to take this one day at a time.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
