Well, if yo can afford it, hire a persona trainer (a good one)for a month or two. They can really be motivating and teach you about exercise. Nutrition wise you need to be careful. Some people follow personal trainers diets and they may not have degrees in nutrition. But it can really help kick you butt in gear and get you motivated. Good luck!
