Ugh these past few days, Errol actually the last week, i have up on my plan. I ate out everyday and didn't exercise. Furthermore,this new years eve i had way too much to drink and eat. I need to get back on track asap.
248.1 lb Lost so far: 1.9 lb.    Still to go: 128.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
