Planned cheat day for a lunch date with a friend I hadn't seen in ages. Indian buffet, I tried to get the minimum amount of rice that I could. I mean, you need to have a little with all those delicious sauces. Mostly vegetarian & a few chicken dishes on the plate. So probably pretty carby. But healthy stuff, even the fat should be pretty healthy, ghee and yogurt. going to be challenging to log this :D

It's been so long since I had Indian food, my hubs isn't a fan. So I had to do the full-on variety plate :D
