I've done horrible, but I won't punish myself. I haven't logged in my food, I haven't gone for my walks....I dunno, I just haven't done well. Thursday I went to the nutritionist and she cleared alot of things up for me and now I feel like a new person. So I'm slowly getting back into logging like I used to. I should be back on track soon.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I feel the same way. I got back from the beach on Friday and during vacation I didn't work out or watch calories like I planned. I gained the 5lbs I lost. But don't give up. Tomorrow is a NEW YOU!
