It's the Fourth of July and I'm down 26 pounds! Yea me! I had hoped to be down 35 and in W-one-derland but after Induction, it became apparent that my body was settling in on just one pound per week and that 25 pounds by the Fourth was a more reasonable goal.
Next goal is being down 35 pounds by Labor Day.
