It's been a rough week, tomorrow is the service and hopefully some normalcy comes back this weekend, I haven't been too hungry, I am using some flexies tonight for a whole grain brownie (who knew?) and a 1/2 cup of no sugar ff ice cream. I didn't eat a lot of calories today and I haven't been exercising, but I have also noticed a decrease in my daily snacks. I am excited and continue to be loving Core, as I never lost that much weight in one week. Thanks all.
