BF xx% (+1.0) I have no idea how I didn't gain more weight this week except that my body has felt exhausted and pushed to the limit with the new routine so maybe it is burning calories. I've been eating way too many calories.
149.4 lb Lost so far: 57.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
