Lost 88 lbs. in 2012! Not the 100 I was hoping for but I am happy to have lost this much. I am shooting to weight between 140 and 145. I never want to go over whereas I have to constantly be on a diet. I want my weight to stay consistent, I am really sick to death of this roller coaster up and down crap. Even if I have to count calories sobeit, at least I will know how many calories to eat. I'm thinking 1800 a day should be good to maintain a normal healthy weight...
