Ok. Since I was going to be alone today. No pity, just the reason for me doing something I have never done before, i went on a red trail hike at a state park. I was going to go to Tunica, since I have never been to a Casino but thought I should do something healthy and hard. My heart rate was at 130 most of the hike and I felt a little dizzy a few times but after almost two hours I finished. I was worn out for about two more hours and then woosh. I got some amazing energy. Not just physically, but emotionally. The divorce has just sapped me the last few weeks and then today I am like “I’m ok! I got this. All will be ok!” Sooo, I am looking for more things to do to get my heart rate up. My son is a CrossFit trainer so I guess I am gonna start CrossFit. Hopefully he will be nice to his old man.

That's a great post.. I am going through something with my husband right now, I don't know if it will survive.. 21 years this January, he is everything I have ever known my whole life. Drugs have consumed him, he had been sober for almost 10 years but the last 3 years it's been a nightmare. I can't do this again, we lost everything the first time. Our kids were small and watch their super hero die in front of them. But that is what also made him want to get clean... Your post is giving me hope, I feel so depressed.. Hard to get out of bed these days. My kids are grown, nothing to keep me up except my job that I manage a large Payroll Team for a billion dollar company with 6 other Payroll Manager in other states. Love this FS team 💙

Hot damn and shazam! I love hiking. Be sure to take water along with you. And maybe a small trail mix snack. This will help prevent you from getting dizzy. We expend a lot of energy while hiking. Chico Bags has a great water bottle sling that goes across your body so you can hike hands free. It's a great product. https://www.chicobag.com/category-bottle-sling-repete-199

CrossFit is the best. My husband and I went to a ‘Legends’ class for over 50’s ... we are 65 and 68 ... our Coach, Steve Wakefoose of CrossFit West Chester PA IS THE BEST!!! We have learned so much! Now we’re in Steve’s nutrition class ... he doesn’t SHAME us for being overweight and unfit — he just wants to help us be successful in our quest to be healthy. By God’s Grace, we are on our way. I set my first goal for October 1, 2019 ... and my second goal for our anniversary in January, 2020. CrossFit is the best exercise plan we have EVER been involved in!! I’m sure your son will help you! GO FOR IT!!!
