Hi FS community! Do you have any suggestions on how to increase your fibre intake to 20 gr / day if you are following a low carb diet? I like the low carb cereal from Nu Me but I was wondering if I can add al little something to boost fibre intake. All the high fibre cereals etc are carb loaded. I was wondering if it might be better to quit low carb for a while and rather focus on my calorie intake and to get enough fibre for a while?
