7.20 AM FBG 4.8 13 hrs did not do another bedtime last night.
BF 2 BF coffee and 1 TBSP PB /L-Glutamine
3.50 PM BG 5.3 (93), BK 1.1Had 2 oz turkey breast t approx 10 AM, 1 slice bacon around 1 PM. was feeling peckish around 2 pM so had abut 1/4 tsp or less sugar in my lemon water.
Actually a bit surprised BG is not a bit lower. 4 PM BF coffee
Going to try very hard to have all my eating done at one time before 6 PM and if anything just a mall PB snack later if needed,
I "almost" had a heartbrun again and did wake up aroind 2.30 o I think my evening fat intake is a bit too high or my daily fat is too high.
5.15-5.45 supper as noted Dinner in Food Diary.
Feel as though I will want something later. I do seem to get a sweet craving after meals. will try some L-Glutamine.
7.10 PM did not have the L-Glut but did have about 15 almonds finished around 6 pm.
45-60 min PP 5.4
around 8 PM 1 TBSP PButter with L-Glut.
9.30 PM 5.8
