Well, of course being Monday I am up a little. I always have my usual weekend splurge, which usually means on Monday I have gained a pound or two. But that's ok. Back on track and should be back down in a day or two. I am going to start walking again finally. I know it made such a huge difference in my early weight loss. And I think I am going to incorporate a few Phase 2 items. I can't do Phase one any longer. So I bought some fruit and whole grain/low carb bread and a box of cereal. I may try to just add one thing a day and see how it goes.
Oh, and my husband has kept with it very well. He lost about 12 lbs in the first two weeks. He has really done well. Very proud of him.
