I have been off the grid for several days. Busy, busy, busy. Bowling in our mixed league is over but the woman's league still has 4 weeks to go. I probably should be paying more attention to my food diary so here I am back again. I don't want all my hard work to be wasted. Staying committed is vital to a good maintenance program. Have a happy Easter everyone and lay off the candy!
