I am so frustrated! I have been bouncing around the last 3 to 6 pounds for almost three weeks. I am working out at least an hour a day, calories staying at or below 1500. I did so well the first seven weeks ... I thought I would surpass my goal weight no problem. Now I wonder if I will even get there ... sigh.
155.7 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 16.1 lb a week

Of course you will get there!! Look how far you come😊😊 it’s probably muscle gain the scale will go back down.
