Up .2 of a lb today. Considering the huge loss since Monday, I am heartened by the notion that the loss was not all water weight! I accept these ups and downs because I have history that warns me about looking away...and forgetting where I came from two short years ago! I am blessed by FS friends that kept me here with all the sharing and support! Keto on!
