I remember when people on this site and of course on a fad diet made comments on me eating little amounts of food 😰. Now I laugh cause I’m at goal weight n well yeah 😬. Now I’m eating over 2200 calories a day and of course I love my diet ❤️😋❤️🥰

I am energetic, I enjoy how I look after exercising (step closer to liking exercise), I eat without guilt, never have a binge eating compulsion, can always get back on track after a pizza night, am able to eat 1 slice of pizza (most often 2 ), I am happy with lifestyle change! ❤️😏🥰

People don’t like this process cause it’s “slow” but on the long run, it’s the fast and health (mentality and physically) way 😉
