운동후65.7/체지방30.4
확실히 방탄커피마시고 운동하면체지방과몸무게가 주는게눈에보임
몸도날아갈듯가볍고 에너지충만~
이번주는64를찍는게목표지만 무리하지않고
한걸음한걸음~
저탄고지장점.오르락내리락하지않고 꾸준히유지되는몸무게에감사~
