This is a really beautiful community here in FatSecret. And im not talking about outer beauty, im talking about inner beauty!! Thank u!!! One thing that ive learned is that i have to eat even when im not hungry 😩 but to each my goals sacrifices have to be made.

Thanks dude, i appreciate the support!!!! Im actually good for now on the tips side lol but im a firm believer of “knowledge is power” so i will definitely look through ur feed to see how i can fine tune hear and there along the way. Btw, that chicken alfredo looks delicious!!!! 😂 🙏🏾
