It's Christmas Eve and i am fighting the munchies. I really wanted to wish every one a Merry Christmas and especially my buddies! Enjoy your holiday with your families. Love to you all!

My oldest son was home from Missouri just over a weekend ago. So we had a big turkey dinner and opened a presents from each other, etc. I had reasonable portions of my favorite big turkey dinner foods and didn't have seconds. For some reason, this year included a ton of candy, chocolates and other treats. (Thanks mom!?) I gave into the temptations, but only a little (just a couple of pieces of my favorites. The rest were shared with people who don't have a weight problem. My only suggestions for the holiday munchies is only partake if you can fit it into your diet and move the biggest temptations where you can't just grab and eat without thinking. (For me that meant the freezer for some things.) Congratulations on such a consistent weight loss over time! I'm impressed.
