Can someone help me
I want to personalize my diet, change it from medifast, but I can't remember how or figure it out...

When I changed from Medifast (not enough calories to exercise) I carefully added more meat & veggies for a week and then slowly added fruit 1x a day for the next week. I still have medifast for snacks and breakfast ( i have alot of product and it's easy) but I'm eating "real food" at lunch & dinner. I'm careful about carbs though, it raises my blood sugar and I don't want to gain back what I have lost. Have you been doing medifast long?

I should have been more specific, mine was a techy question, how to change my diet indicator on this site :)! But thank you! Ummm , it felt like a long time, since January I think, although I fell off the wagon in March/April after the first 20 pounds or so, when my exercise really picked up, ... i found the same thing... I just couldn't exercise and stay on the diet... something I thought I would never say!

You can chage your diet by going to your toolbox where it says my diet. at the bottom it has the option to pick another. this site is easier than some but still confusing to me.
