ok, down again. I know the 1st week is the easiest because a lot is water. I do feel now though that some is actually weight. I just need to stay off the crap - chocolate, chips, cookies etc and I can do it. I will not berate myself for slips but will pick myself up & go on from there. Tomorrow I have my 5 k walk. Hold the rain holds off but I will be walking regardless. Helping the Kids & helping me at the same time. Sat is always a difficult day but I am going to try to make good choices.
