One of my three goals is to get off blood pressure meds. The Cardiologist said monday to watch bp may get to low with diet and exercise he was right it dipped to 88/49 he said monitor and quite taking the meds. That is one goal down. The second goal is to fly in a plane without getting an extention belt. I am flying out to Deleware on Wed. We will see. My next flight will be in June on Fathers Day coming home from Fla.
