Lie faceup with your legs in tabletop position (knees bent 90 degrees and stacked over your hips). ...
Engage your abs and slowly curl your hips off the floor, bringing your knees toward your chest.
Slowly lower your hips and legs back to starting position.

Thank you guys!!! I'm gonna check all these resources out and add everything to an ab workout that works for me. I'm so excited. I found some of my old fat clothes and boy do they not fit! What a great feeling!
