hey everyone! please welcome my daughter WarmBreeze! I haven't come here for a long time so she is getting me motivated again. I do love this free website. I just need to lose 13 more lbs to get to 142. That is my ideal BMI. How hard can it be? Last time I just cut out cookies, candy and ice cream because I have a high metabolism because I never skip a meal and I take at least a ten minute walk daily. I do the elliptical for 20 minutes at the gym. I ride my bike occ. I am 59 so my knees are temperamental. good luck to everyone once again. I know it takes more than luck.
