oooops! I almost messed up this morning! I woke up with low blood sugar so I had to get some OJ. The I had to hurry off to the bank so I heated up 2 slices of bacon. After I get down the road, I am feeling woozy so I stop in Hardees and grab a biscuit. BAD IDEA! The steak biscuit has 620 CALORIES!!! Whoa! I helped a friend move today and ran errands so that's really all the exercise I got. I broke a sweat but probably because their was no airflow in her house! I did bring my bucket of water to drink and drank all of that! YAY! I also wore my pedometer but I have only got around 1000 steps in so far. I have been driving ALL DAY! About 100 miles all around town! I am SO tired right now but I think I am going to watch a movie and then do some Wii Fit. "Lose 10 lbs by August" starts tomorrow!
