Weight loss has slowed down but is till going down. Didn't keep up with my electrolytes the last couple of days and I paid for it. Got leg cramps last night and had to jump out of bed to walk them off. The second time I jumped up too quick, lost my balance and fell and hit my chest on the corner of the dresser, broke a mirror and fell to the floor. Got a couple of small cuts in my hand from the glass from the mirror. Scared my wife pretty good! Not fun to wake up to a crashing mirror at 4:30 am.
