GOALS:
1) FILL MY 1 QT JUG WITH WATER, DRINK 4 OF THEM A DAY.
2) DO AT LEAST 30 MINUTES OF HOUSEWORK NON STOP EVERY DAY.
3) GO FOR A WALK, OR 30 MINUTES OF ALTERNATIVE EXERCISE DAILY.
4) EAT LOW CARB, BUT NOT GO HUNGRY.
5) LOVE MYSELF.
