day 100...another walk in, without gettin rained on..sure was humid..but thats good...sweated more...the whole idea behind walkin...lol...

i didnt go to the gym today, instead i took off on sat and sun and i just do my morning walk... total calorie intake today was 1314...just more to work off tomow...lol....and if not tomow then monday...
