Today I am starting Fatsecrest again. I think it will help me to really focus on how much I am putting in my mouth! I'm almost desperate to help our whole family loose weight. I want to help them, but I can't help them if I'm not eating healthy and exercising myself. I need to be a good example, and get only healthy foods in the house. Jenny has said she can't leave the junk food alone. I need to do what she has asked me to do. Bridget can't leave it alone either. I have to make all the changes possible . They will eat whatevery junk food I buy. So, I need to focus on getting rid of the junk food, and replacing it with healthy alternatives. Desserts should be limited to company only. I need to have apples, carrots, salads and green beans at most meals. We need to eat more fruits and vegetables. Yogurt would be good. Popcorn is a good snack. Get the diet pop Bidget and Jenny like. Make jello for Elizabeth and I. Keep freeze pops in the freezer. Get rid of the icecream...they all can't save it for Sunday. Try to exercise 2 times/day when possible. Swimming is burning calories and needed for cardio health. Other exercise is needed to firm up/tone abds. and hips and legs. Help all of our family exercise, by putting it a top priority for myself. It I don't exercise, they won't either. I have to be a good example and lead our family. I have the time now...it's a gift our family has received by me being home full time. Now is the time to break out of the sedentary lifestyle we are currently in.
Help Randy by cooking healthy and helping him exercise when he is home.
